Welcome to the
Nesti Crew

You're in. Let's make this work for both of us.

First, a bit about us

We made Nesti because nothing else helped

We started Nesti because we know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, overstimulated and burnt out, and to find that nothing out there really helps. Whether it was parents trying to support their kids, or adults just trying to wind down, everything felt too clinical, too intense, or just not made for people like us.

So we built it ourselves. First for us, then for everyone else who felt the same. Calming, not restrictive. Soothing, not smothering. Something that actually fits into real life rather than sitting in a cupboard.

And it's working. We get messages every week from parents whose kids have slept through the night for the first time in years. That still doesn't feel normal to us.

What you're actually recommending

In case anyone asks you the science-y questions

Nesti's a wearable sleep pod that gives gentle, steady compression that helps regulate the nervous system and settle people into deeper sleep. We developed it with occupational therapists, and it works with the body's own ability to self-soothe rather than just piling on weight.

It's built on the principles of Deep Touch Pressure (DTP) therapy, a science-backed method of using gentle, evenly distributed pressure to calm the nervous system. DTP has been shown to increase serotonin and dopamine while reducing cortisol, helping to improve mood, regulate emotions, and promote better sleep.

The part most people find genuinely interesting is proprioception. That's the body's sense of where it is in space. Steady, even compression gives the nervous system a clear, constant signal about where the body ends and the world begins. When that signal is strong, the body stops having to check. It reads the situation as contained and safe, and that's the point where someone can finally switch off and settle instead of lying there wired.

Key features

360-degree compression
The entire pod applies a soft, secure pressure around the body, simulating the sensation of a comforting hug.
Stretch fabric
Breathable, smooth, and designed to feel good on the skin. No overheating or restriction.
Foot holes
For freedom of movement and ease of use, without compromising the compression benefit.

Who it's for

Who this pod helps

Worth knowing, because the people who buy from you won't all look the same. If any of these sound like someone in your comments, that's who you're talking to.

  • Kids who can't come down after schoolEverything's been held together all day, and it all lands the second they walk through the door.
  • Anyone who can't switch off at bedtimeTired, but wired. Lying there for hours with a body that won't settle.
  • Sensory seekersThe ones always burrowing under cushions, squeezing into tight spaces, asking to be squashed.
  • Adults who are fried by the eveningOverstimulated from a full day of noise, people and screens, with nothing left in the tank.
  • People who find weighted blankets too muchToo hot, too heavy, or they slide off. This is pressure without the weight.
  • Anyone who just feels better wrapped upYou don't need a reason. Plenty of our customers simply like the feeling.
Your code gives them a further 10% off, plus free shipping.

That's 10% on top of whatever sale is already running, and free delivery that nobody buying without a code gets. It's a genuinely better deal than they'd find on their own, so say it out loud in every post. It's the strongest reason for someone to use your code rather than just going to the site.

Proof it works

Community wins

This surprised us too. The people earning the most with us aren't the ones with the biggest audiences. They're the ones whose community actually listens to them. Some of our best have a couple of thousand followers.

How to do well at this

You don't need to be good at selling

Here's everything we've learnt about what works.

01

What to post: teach, don't sell

This is the big one. The posts that work aren't about the pod. They're about the problem. Someone explaining why deep pressure calms a nervous system is worth listening to. Someone reading out a discount code isn't. Five that always land:

  • Start here if you're not sure. A five to ten second clip with one line of text on screen. That's the whole post. Lowest effort of anything on this list, and usually the one that takes off.
  • Three things that are helping. As in "three things that are helping with bedtime at the minute", and the pod is one of them. You're sharing what's working rather than pushing one product, which is exactly why people trust it.
  • The explainer. What deep pressure actually does, in your own words. People save these and send them on.
  • The honest review. Including what it doesn't do. Sounds mad, we know, but it's the post that makes people believe everything else you say.
  • Your routine. Where it fits in your evening. Unstaged, a bit messy, real.

Don't worry about coming up with these yourself. We send you one a week, with the format, a hook you can pinch and the words to use. You'll never be staring at a blank screen.

02

How to post: please don't overthink it

The best content is the content you don't try and perfect. The realer the better.

  • Say something in the first two seconds. Start with the problem or a question. Never "so I got sent this..."
  • Show it actually being worn. In your house, as it really is. Not folded neatly on a made bed.
  • Talk to one person. The stuff that gets shared sounds like you're telling a mate, not addressing a crowd.
  • Phone, daylight, no editing. Polished does worse and takes ten times longer. We'd rather you posted twice.
03

Where to post: wherever people already trust you

We think Instagram is the best platform to go viral, but there are so many others that also work.

  • Facebook groups. Sensory and SEN parent groups are where the real recommendations happen. Check the rules first. Most are fine with it if you're actually part of the group.
  • Group chats and broadcast channels. Thirty mums in a WhatsApp group who trust you will beat thirty thousand followers who don't.
  • Stories, little and often. Not one big post. Small mentions, regularly. Stories do far better for us than the grid.
  • Instagram Reels. Still the best thing going for reaching people who don't follow you yet. A 15 second clip of it actually being worn will travel much further than a photo.
  • Carousels. The quiet winner. Anything you can break into steps or points ("three things that are currently helping with mornings") gets saved and sent on, and saves are what push it to new people.
  • In real life. Support groups, the school gate, coffee mornings, waiting rooms. Ask us for cards with your code on and we'll post them out. A couple of our best work almost entirely this way.
  • Anywhere you already get asked "what actually helped?" You're probably answering that question for free already.
04

A quick word on wording (sorry, but this one matters)

Simple rule: everything's fine if you're talking about your own experience. "It's really helped us wind down" is your experience. "It reduces anxiety" is a claim about the product.

Grand

  • "I find it really calming"
  • "Deep pressure input"
  • "Made for sensory seekers"
  • "He likes the weight of it"
  • "It's part of our wind-down now"
  • "This is what worked for us"

Please don't

  • "Stops meltdowns"
  • "Treats / cures / prevents"
  • "Clinically proven"
  • "Reduces anxiety"
  • "Therapeutic" or "therapy"
  • "Doctor recommended"

Steal from us

The videos that actually worked

Every time something does well for one of the Crew, we drop it in this folder. Have a scroll before you film anything. Not to copy word for word, just to see what's landing at the moment and what the hooks look like.

We add to it constantly, so it's worth checking back.

We're around

You're not doing this on your own

We're not going to send you a code and disappear. Two ways to get hold of us, with a real person on the end of both. Ask us anything, especially the stuff that feels too small to ask. That's usually the stuff worth asking.

And a few things we mean properly

  • You don't have to post to a schedule. Go quiet for a month and nothing happens. Not to your account, not to your rate.
  • We'll never make you get on a call. Everything's in writing, whenever suits you.
  • If the pod's not for you, just tell us. Some people don't get on with it and that's completely fine. We'd much rather know than have you feeling awkward about it.
  • Say what you actually think. Including the bits you'd change. We'd far rather your community trusted you than that every post was glowing.

One last thing

Still unsure about anything?

Book a quick chat with one of us. We're happy to run through it together and talk anything through, however small it seems.
