Our Mission

We started Nesti because we know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, and burnt out - and to find that nothing out there really helps. Whether it was parents trying to support their kids, or adults just trying to wind down, the options felt too clinical, too intense, or just not made for people like us.

So we built Nesti. First for ourselves, then for everyone else who felt the same. It's calming, not restrictive. Soothing, not smothering. Backed by science, designed with care, and made to bring comfort that actually fits into real life.

And it’s already changing lives - from kids sleeping through the night for the first time in years, to parents finally getting their evenings back.
